Many tenants are required to pay large upfront agent fees, while landlords struggle to market properties efficiently. RentMe solves this problem by centralizing rental properties and directly connecting landlords and tenants through a digital platform where property owners can list rental houses and tenants can request viewings at no cost. The innovation removes unnecessary intermediaries, increases transparency, provides convenience and allows communication only after a landlord approves a viewing request. RentMe is currently being used in Lilongwe where it has gained rapid traction through organic TikTok engagement and we are working hard to expand the verified property listings through structured community campaigns.
